These are located in both the men and women's locker rooms.
WOMEN'S ONLY WORKOUT ROOM
This room has a full array of machines tailored to a female body. It also has cardio equipment and a one way mirror into the daycare so you can check on the kids but they wont be able to see you.
EXTREME WORKOUT ROOM
Dead lifting platforms, battle ropes, kettle bells, wall balls, box jumps, and multi station

SPIN BIKE
spinning, as an organized activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity (race days) and recovery, and involves using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a classroom setting.
